Bill
C., experienced a closed head injury, with subsequent seizure disorder.
Bill C. enjoyed fishing, basketball and construction work with his
father, in earlier days. He loves visual arts (and music) which he hopes
to expand. This painting is a dynamic, rhythmic response from the heart.
